Welcome to Your Journey

Welcome to our membership community.

This membership is a space for personal reflection, self-discovery, inner growth, and the exploration of what it means to live a life that feels true to who you are.

My intention is to provide a supportive environment where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and experiences without judgment or pressure to become someone else’s version of who you should be.

I am here as a mentor to support your journey, offer the material I have created, and provide a space for reflection and growth. I am not here to tell you who to be, what to believe, or how to live your life.

Life is an individual journey. Each person arrives with their own experiences, perspectives, beliefs, and understanding of the world. There is no single path that fits everyone, and there is no expectation that we must all think, feel, or believe the same way.

To preserve the integrity of this space, we ask every member to agree to the following principles.

1. Respect for Individual Journeys

Every person’s journey belongs to them.

You are encouraged to explore your own thoughts, question your beliefs, reflect on your experiences, and discover what feels authentic to you. You are equally expected to respect another person’s right to do the same.

  • Allow others the freedom to have their own experiences, opinions, beliefs, and perspectives.
  • Do not compare, judge, criticize, shame, or diminish another person’s journey.
  • Recognize that what is meaningful or helpful to you may not be right for someone else.
  • Respect each person’s pace. Growth cannot be forced, rushed, or measured against another person’s progress.

We do not need to agree with one another to treat one another with kindness and respect.

2. No Unsolicited Advice or Attempts to Fix Others

This is a space for personal exploration, not for telling others how to live their lives.

Members must refrain from offering unsolicited advice, instructions, diagnoses, or solutions, or attempting to fix, direct, rescue, or change another member.

This boundary applies to all areas of the membership, including forums, comments, discussions, private messages, and other member interactions. It also applies to relationships formed through the membership when members communicate outside the platform, whether online, by telephone, or in person.

You are welcome to share your own experiences and reflections when appropriate. There is an important difference between saying, “This is what I experienced,” and saying, “This is what you need to do.”

Please allow others to discover their own answers in their own time.

If someone asks for input, respond with care and respect for their autonomy. An invitation to share does not give anyone permission to take control of another person’s decisions or personal journey.

3. Kindness, Compassion, and Personal Responsibility

We each have a responsibility for how we participate in this community.

We ask that you:

  • Communicate with kindness, honesty, and consideration.
  • Listen to understand rather than to judge or respond.
  • Disagree respectfully without attacking, belittling, or humiliating another person.
  • Take responsibility for your words, actions, and the impact you may have on others.
  • Respect boundaries when someone chooses not to discuss a subject or continue a conversation.

Compassion does not require agreement, and respect does not require you to abandon your own beliefs.

If a conversation becomes uncomfortable or a boundary is communicated, step back and allow space rather than escalating the interaction.

4. Privacy and Confidentiality

Members may share personal thoughts, experiences, questions, and reflections within this membership. These contributions must be treated with care and respect.

You agree not to disclose, reproduce, distribute, screenshot, record, or share another member’s personal information, stories, messages, photographs, or contributions outside the membership without their explicit permission.

This expectation applies to every tier and every form of communication, including private messages, email, social media, telephone conversations, and in-person interactions.

Membership does not give you permission to discuss another member’s personal circumstances with friends, family, other members, or anyone else outside the membership.

Confidentiality is a shared responsibility. Although we ask every member to honor this commitment, absolute confidentiality cannot be guaranteed because other members may not always comply. Please share only what you feel comfortable sharing.

These commitments do not prevent disclosures required by law or necessary to address an immediate safety concern.

5. Respect for Membership Boundaries

Each membership tier has its own purpose, content, and level of participation. Members are expected to respect those distinctions.

  • Do not share paid or tier-specific course materials, downloads, discussions, or resources with people who are not authorized to access them.
  • Do not redistribute membership content, copy it for public use, or present another person’s contributions as your own.
  • Do not share information from one tier with members of another tier when that information is intended to remain within the original tier.
  • Do not use membership connections to solicit business, promote unrelated services, pressure other members, or pursue personal agendas without permission.

The relationships you form here deserve the same care and respect as the space in which they began. Your participation in the membership does not give you unrestricted access to another member’s time, attention, personal information, or private life.

6. Participation Without Pressure

Your journey is personal, and your participation will reflect that.

You are welcome to engage with the materials, reflect privately, ask questions, and participate in discussions at a pace that feels appropriate for you.

There is no requirement to disclose personal experiences, share private information, or participate in every discussion to prove your commitment to growth.

Please respect the choices of others when they prefer to remain quiet, decline to answer, or keep certain parts of their journey private.

Growth is not a performance, and no one needs to justify their pace or process to another member.

7. Respect for the Purpose of This Membership

Living From the Inside Out is intended to support self-awareness, self-worth, unconditional self-love, reflection, and personal growth.

The content and discussions are intended to encourage exploration rather than impose beliefs or prescribe a particular way of living.

Members are responsible for their own decisions and for determining how they apply what they learn to their lives. Participation does not replace professional medical, psychological, legal, or other qualified services when those services are needed.

Please do not present yourself as speaking on behalf of Lesley Pazdzioch or this membership, and do not represent personal opinions as official guidance from the membership.

8. Maintaining the Integrity of the Community

A supportive environment depends on the willingness of everyone to honor its boundaries.

Behavior that violates these guidelines may result in a request to correct the behavior, removal of content where appropriate, restricted participation, suspension, or termination of membership. Serious or repeated violations may result in immediate termination.

Examples include:

  • Breaching another member’s confidentiality.
  • Repeatedly giving unsolicited advice or disregarding stated boundaries.
  • Harassment, intimidation, discrimination, manipulation, or personal attacks.
  • Sharing protected membership content without authorization.
  • Using membership access to exploit, pressure, or harm other members.

Lesley Pazdzioch reserves the right to determine an appropriate response to reported conduct, taking into consideration the nature and seriousness of the concern.

These boundaries are not intended to punish or shame anyone. They exist to protect the people who participate here and to preserve the values upon which this membership was built.

9. Your Personal Commitment

By joining and participating in Living From the Inside Out, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to honor these Membership Agreement & Community Guidelines.

You understand that:

  • My journey is my own, and every other person’s journey belongs to them.
  • I am responsible for my own choices, actions, and participation.
  • I will treat others with kindness and respect, even when our perspectives differ.
  • I will not impose advice, beliefs, or solutions on another person.
  • I will respect the privacy, confidentiality, and boundaries of fellow members.
  • I will honor the purpose and integrity of this membership and its individual tiers.
  • I understand that continued participation depends on respecting these shared commitments.
  • Members also agree to the Terms of Use.

A Final Thought

You do not need to have everything figured out to belong here. You do not need to have all the answers, and you do not need to be at any particular stage of your journey.

You simply need to be willing to honor yourself and others as you continue to explore, learn, and grow.

My hope is that you find the freedom to look within, the courage to question what no longer serves you, and the compassion to allow yourself and others to be human.

We are not here to create copies of one another. We are here to honor the individuality of each person and the journey that is uniquely theirs.

Thank you for being here and for helping preserve the respect, care, and integrity of this community.

With warmth and respect,

Lesley Pazdzioch
